Today was Aunt Judy's funeral. It was a beautiful sunny day for all the people that loved Judy the most to come together and celebrate her life. Judy's sister and niece spoke amazing words that made everyone laugh and cry and remember. Judy was a beautiful person who will be more than missed. There was a common theme today which I will carry with me forever. To find the good in everyday. Or as the Beatles sing in Hey Jude, "...make it better." Here's our sweet girl on the way home from a big day for her. She said she felt someone touch her last night while she was in bed and she was sure it was Aunt Judy. I believe that too. She's out there watching over us all.
Such an experience for someone so young. What a trooper! RIP Judy.
